I had a great experience at Alexandria Old Town Dental with Dr. Yalamanchili. The entire visit was smooth from start to finish, and everyone in the office was friendly and professional. Dr. Yalamanchili took the time to see us, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and want them to feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I highly recommend Alexandria Old Town Dental to anyone looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, attentive, and provides excellent care!

First time here! I don’t love the dentist usually. They were so great. Marcello was amazing and so kind. Dr. Phan was so fun and efficient and you can tell she knows her stuff. Great first experience, I’m so glad I found them.

My visit for an extraction was so good!!! Everyone from the front desk to my hygienist and to Dr Peper was so nice. They answered my questions and even give you a blanket for the chill in the office. Every time I have called with a question they were right there to put my mind at ease! I have found my new dentist! Thank you so much Alexandria Old Town Dental!

I was looking for a dental office in Alexandria. Read great reviews and they accepted my insurance. I couldn’t be happier! The office is upbeat and staff is very friendly. Dr. Peper is not your routine dentist. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. His assistant Adam is a plus! The office hours are extensive. You will absolutely be able to find times to work with your schedule. I highly recommend checking them out.

Had a permanent crown put on. The process was painless and efficient. Dr E and Marilyn explained everything every step of the way. Both were attentive to my concerns and questions. Dr E showed me on Xrays and pictures the health of the tooth that was crowned and pointed out another tooth that has warned down over time/usage that may present a problem in the future, but still effective now. There was much more informative and positive information shared. This was my second visit with the practice and Dr E and I am thus far highly satisfied and pleased with the service. Great job again today. Today, May 1 I had to go in unexpectedly to get a permanent retainer repaired. I called and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Yalamanchili and assistant Palwashc. Their treatment services were great, painless, fast, and comfortable. I am happy and thankful that I was scheduled in. Thus far, a great practice from my limited experiences.
